You should have: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding The role involves: • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns 4+ years on the tools preferred.
