You should have: • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Your main tasks: • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
