Groundworker • Otero County, New Mexico

Join our team: we are hiring a groundworker in Otero County, New Mexico. You will work with a civil contractor. The role involves: • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors What we are looking for: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Six days a week, one day off.
