Coating plant operator — Wood County

Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Wood County, Wisconsin. You will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Part-time with flexible hours.
