Chef de partie — Marion County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a chef de partie in Marion County, West Virginia. The role involves plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $3,100 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
