Field delivery driver — Cherokee County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a field delivery driver in Cherokee County, North Carolina. On the job you will handle: • Deliver goods to customers and collect signatures or proof of delivery • Load and unload parcels and secure the load with straps and ropes • Arrange routine servicing and renew insurance and PUC documents • Carry out daily pre-trip checks on tyres, engine oil, coolant, brakes and lights • Plan the delivery route using GPS and live traffic updates Ideal candidate: • Familiarity with basic vehicle checks and maintenance • Polite and presentable for customer-facing deliveries $160 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
