Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Houghton County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
