Commercial tyre fitter — Shetland Islands

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commercial tyre fitter in Shetland Islands, Scotland. You will work at a roadside mobile fitting unit. Ideal candidate: • Confident operating a tyre changer and wheel balancer • 1+ years' experience fitting and balancing tyres Your main tasks: • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Jack up vehicles safely and set them on axle stands • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies • Remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts • Keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. £2,550 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
