Shuttering fixer • Fountain County, Indiana

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Fountain County, Indiana. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. Ideal candidate: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites You will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Share your details and we will call you back.
