Join our team: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Columbus County, North Carolina. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Full-time with occasional weekends.
