Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in Kern County, California. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Your main tasks: • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
