Pot washer • La Salle County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in La Salle County, Texas. The role involves: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Six days a week, one day off.
