Vacancy available: we are hiring a safety marshal in Cumberland County, New Jersey. You will work in a chemical processing unit. Your main tasks: • Audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry What we are looking for: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
