Glass fitter — Delaware County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass fitter in Delaware County, Indiana. You will work at a double glazing firm. On a typical shift you will secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; clean the finished glass and peel off the protective film; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; replace cracked or broken window panes; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris. Requirements: • Good eye for measurement and a steady hand • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves 2+ years on the tools preferred.
