Safety officer wanted in Sheridan County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety officer in Sheridan County, Kansas. The job is at an oil and gas facility. What we are looking for: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot You will record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
