Aluminium technician — Washington County

Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Washington County, Georgia. You will work on a residential building site. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • 2+ years' hands-on experience fabricating aluminium doors and windows Day to day you will check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames. We offer $25 per hour plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
