Powder coating line operator • Boone County, Nebraska

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Boone County, Nebraska. You will work in a busy paint shop. Your main tasks: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
