Great opportunity: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Lafayette County, Arkansas. You will be based at a packaging facility. You should have: • Keen eye for detail on quality checks • Minimum matric / 10th pass preferred • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly On the job you will handle: • Weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch • Keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping • Operate and feed production machines on the line • Pack finished goods into cartons and seal them A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
