Scaffold fitter — Fayette County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Fayette County, Indiana. You will be based at a high-rise building site. The role involves: • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely What we are looking for: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
