Urgent requirement: quality control inspector (South Dakota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Custer County, South Dakota. You will be based in an automotive parts factory. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Day-to-day duties: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
