Join our team: we are hiring a precision welder in Lincoln County, Arkansas. The job is in a pharmaceutical piping facility. On the job you will handle: • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion Ideal candidate: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
