We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Houston County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
