Formwork erector — Polk County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a formwork erector in Polk County, Missouri. You will work on a metro and tunnel project. Day-to-day duties: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters What we are looking for: • Able to read formwork and structural drawings • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Part-time with flexible hours.
