You should have: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On the job you will handle: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place 5+ years on the tools preferred.
