You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat On a typical shift you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
