Grill cook — Clare County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Clare County, Michigan. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Your main tasks: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
