Turning centre operator wanted in Adair County

Now hiring: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Adair County, Iowa. Day to day you will adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift.
