Back-of-house cleaner — Crawford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Crawford County, Georgia. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading 5+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
