Bread and bun maker wanted in Madison County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Madison County, Tennessee. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Full-time with occasional weekends.
