We are recruiting: QC inspector (Massachusetts)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a QC inspector in Bristol County, Massachusetts. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping Day to day you will check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
