Immediate opening: we are hiring a short order cook in Campbell County, South Dakota. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Day-to-day duties: • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
