Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel beater in Jerome County, Idaho. The job is in a smash repair workshop. The role involves replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place. What we are looking for: • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Meals and transport allowance provided.
