Now hiring: we are hiring an argon welder in Kay County, Oklahoma. The job is in a pharmaceutical piping facility. The role involves: • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters Requirements: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances Full-time with occasional weekends.
