Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift maintenance fitter in Woodford County, Illinois. You will be based on a lift modernisation project. The role involves replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake. Ideal candidate: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
