Plant operator (dozer) wanted in Boone County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Boone County, Arkansas. The job is at an open-cast mine. Day-to-day duties: • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes You should have: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
