Sand plant operator wanted in Ado Odo/Ota

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Ado Odo/Ota, Ogun State. You will work at a busy iron foundry. The role involves pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities. What we are looking for: • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings Full-time with occasional weekends.
