Day to day you will run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; write and edit G-code programs at the control; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
