Mechanical press operator wanted in Chester County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Chester County, South Carolina. You will be based at a white goods manufacturing plant. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Day-to-day duties: • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
