Now hiring: we are hiring a dogger in Nkanu West, Enugu State. The job is on an offshore oil and gas platform. You should have: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear The role involves: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
