Retail butcher • Udenu, Enugu State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Udenu, Enugu State. On the job you will handle: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
