Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania. You will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; season and marinate meat on request; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler 1+ years on the tools preferred.
