Urgent requirement: we are hiring a prep cook in Richland County, Wisconsin. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day to day you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
