Powder coating operator wanted in Seminole County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Seminole County, Georgia. You will work at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well.
