Immediate opening: tandoor cook (North Dakota)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Grand Forks County, North Dakota. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
