Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Ashland County, Wisconsin. Day to day you will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time, day shift.
