Scullery hand wanted in Teller County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Teller County, Colorado. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Full-time with occasional weekends.
