Immediate opening: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Gallatin County, Montana. The job is on a busy domestic building site. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets The role involves float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $31 per hour, based on your experience.
