We are recruiting: HSE officer (Akwa Ibom State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a HSE officer in Ikono, Akwa Ibom State. On a typical shift you will conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges. Ideal candidate: • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
