Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Saint Helena Parish

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Saint Helena Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a catering unit. You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
