Vacancy available: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Montgomery County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns Day-to-day duties: • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
